Our stay was lovely here. Check in was easy. Communication was great. The big pool was cold the week we were there and the pool water was a little murky. They still played in the other pools and we loved all the activities available insight. St. George is absolutely gorgeous!😍 Spent most of our time exploring the red rocks and snow canyon.

Swimming pools were so cold we didn’t want to swim in them. And the tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. I messaged the host and told them but never heard back. It could be a much simpler setup for that tv, like the one in the living room. And the tiny trickle of water from the fridge was inconvenient—the tap water tastes terrible so we had to wait for a few minutes to fill up a cup. But overall, bit was clean and comfortable.

Great place. Stayed with family and used the resort!

The place itself was fine- outdated, sure, but it was fine. The communication from the management company was all off VRBO- including the payment, which kinda seemed sketchy to me. I think the bigger issue was when we called 5 minutes prior to showing up (for on time check in) to get our check in information that we missed, and as I was hanging up, she mentioned that the cleaner needed to run by to "pick up a few things". We didn't know that meant the whole place still needed to be clean. It would have been nice to know more in advance that they were behind on cleaning more than just a couple minutes before checking in. Especially since there is a 25 per hour fee to check in early, but no compensation for not being able to check in on time. It says it sleeps 8 because of the "sofa bed" but it is not a sofa bed- it is just a sofa that can be used as a bed, I guess? It was for 2 small children, so that wasn't too bad. But keep that in mind that it is not an actual bed.
