The house was outstanding. Great layout and the tree in the kitchen is gorgeous. Location was perfect and sooooo close the Broadmoor, which was exactly what I needed. Communication with Renjoy was great and response times were lightning fast. Highly recommended.

This house is in a great location and walking distance to the Broadmoor. It's a little quirky but has a lot of potential. Portions of the home are really beautiful. It was listed as a 4 bathroom house when I booked it. When I notified the property manager that one of the shower/bathtubs wasn't hooked up I was told they updated the listing to a 3 bathroom house. However, it was listed as a 4 bathroom house up until our arrival and I wasn't offered any compensation when I requested it. There is also no working heat/air conditioning in the master bedroom/bathroom portion of the house and none of the beautiful indoor fireplaces are usable. A few repairs and TLC would make this house top notch.

Very old. Musty Casita/cottage. Had to have landlord clean after we arrived. Sandbags at doors to keep rain out. Leaky ceiling in downstairs bathroom. No extra dish towels. Clogged kitchen sink drain for 24 hours. Landlord finally called plumber and issue was fixed in 45 minutes (after waiting a day). Landlord was responsive but property is definitely in need of some TLC.
