Live Rome the way few visitors ever do. Hidden behind an elegant historic facade, Casa Lux is a spacious, light-filled retreat where soaring ceilings, original architectural details, balconies, a lush terrace and thoughtfully curated interiors create an atmosphere of effortless comfort. Perfectly positioned between the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Piazza Venezia, you'll experience authentic Roman living in the heart of Monti, Rome's most charming and vibrant neighborhood.

The Space
Casa Lux is more than an apartment--it's a private Roman residence designed for gracious living. Occupying an elegant late-18th century palazzo, the home is beautifully renovated, fully air-conditioned, and filled with natural light from four sides.
The residence unfolds through a series of beautifully connected rooms, where soaring brick-vaulted ceilings, original architectural details, and carefully curated interiors create an exceptional sense of space and flow. Large window doors lead to four balconies overlooking the neighborhood, while the secluded terrace, embraced by mature wisteria and greenery, becomes an outdoor living room for morning coffee, leisurely meals, or evening apertivo.
The spacious living and dining rooms invite conversation and relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen features premium Miele and Bosch appliances for those who enjoy cooking with Italy's extraordinary local ingredients.
The tranquil primary suite overlooks private gardens and includes a Tempur queen bed and a spa-inspired en-suite with a wraparound walk in shower and deep soaking tub.
Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family and friends, while the thoughtfully designed layout balances generous gathering spaces with a private sleeping wing.
Whether gathering with family, entertaining friends, or enjoying a quiet morning beneath the wisteria, Casa Lux offers the rare privilege of feeling less like a visitor-and more like a resident of Rome.

Other things to note
Thanks to its thick historic walls, the residence stays naturally cool in summer and warm in winter, with efficient air conditioning throughout. As is common in historic Roman buildings, we simply ask guests to avoid running several high-energy appliances--such as international converters the dishwasher, clothes dryer, hair dryer and multiple air-conditioning units--at the same time. Thank you.
