The rental was clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay. My biggest gripe is the dishes. Not at this rental. They all matched and silverware were awesome too. Most places look like the bought it at the goodwill. Thankyou again our stay was awesome!! I would highly recommend this one..

Property was well kept and had almost everything you need for a great beach trip.

Weekend trip for our 39th wedding anniversary. We did not know the house was actually a single wide trailer until we got there.....the place was very quiet and close to everything in Rockaway. The Sand dollar was perfect for lunch. We enjoyed ourselves.

We were looking for a low key, relaxing retreat and this was perfect. Everything about the cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for just about any kind of cooking or baking. The bed in the back bedroom nearest the main bathroom was very comfortable. We had to call our contact person to figure out the volume for the tv but she was very gracious and helpful and had the problem solved within a few minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach close by. Being able to bring our dog was what made us choose this place. Also the living room furniture is comfortable, which not always true. So yes, this property gets five stars!
