Meo Design Suite & Spa

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice property, good location

The best location and wonderful eating recommendations provided!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel MEO Design Suites & Spa! The hotel was absolutely wonderful — modern, clean, and beautifully updated. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the downtown core, close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. A special mention goes to Chiara and Giogia, who made our stay truly exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us a thorough tour of the hotel and our room, shared great recommendations for exploring the city, and even helped us prepare for our hike up Mount Etna. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! - Preet and Sunny

The property looks modern and chic, but the setup is unusual. It’s a renovated floor in an old heritage building, with rooms and balconies opening onto a central concourse that’s shared with a restaurant kitchen and other units. Rooms are stylish, though finishes felt rushed (our toilet flusher cover popped off and the shower leaked water onto the floor). The hallways are concrete and echo every sound, and the main elevator is hidden behind trash bins by the kitchen. On the plus side, the location is great for walking to restaurants, and free spa access was a nice perk, though the open glass door didn’t feel very private. Overall, not a bad stay, just a few quirks to be aware of.
