HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof & Conference Center Cortland

I was expecting something far less than i got for a chain owned by Red Roof. Rooms were clean, staff was great, everything exceeded expectations.

We were there for a baseball tournament and it was relatively close to the field . No carpet in the rooms.

I booked a room for 3 people - why would you only leave two towels for 3 guests? Waking up early to find that was aggravating. Then as we had some down time in our room , thankfully we were there , but they had assigned our room to other guests! You would think maybe the front desk would call us to apologize since we had strangers walk into our room?! They then also deactivated our room keys and didn’t give a heads up, thankful I realized prior to leaving and returning late to be frustrated. To top it off our friends found bugs in their bed! As much as we liked that there weren’t carpets in the rooms and the location , these other factors will keep us from coming back.
