Loved three bedrooms and three bathrooms. So easy for family to prepare for the day!

Excellent location for exploring the beautiful Black Hills. Grocery store & gas station close by in town of Lead. Located on a quiet country road. Washer & Dryer was nice to have. WiFi worked fine.

Management (Deadwood Getaways) needs to inspect this rental before guests check in to make sure it has been properly cleaned, & that everything "works". They did offer to send a cleaner out to clean the filthy oven, as well as a maintenance/repair person to come out for a second time after we reported that the gas fireplace still did not work properly. We elected not to have them do this because my husband did not want anyone coming in when we were not there, and we didn't want to arrange our vacation time around being there to let workers inside. Some items, especially in the kitchen need replacing. Considering what we paid for this stay, we did not expect to find worn out pots and pans, and appliances (slow cooker with missing lid handle, old dirty clothes iron) Front door lock very difficult to open and close, tub faucet came off in my hand, rusty metal deck furniture, broken board on deck, etc. I have also left a review on "Google" with photos.
