Location excellent. The sauna was a pleasure and the shower luxurious. The staff was helpful and friendly and seem legitimately eager to assist us. Security was taken to great consideration. Breakfast Choices were more than adequate.
Staff availability was somewhat erratic. The modern luxury of the accommodations did not transition well with the entrance and elevator. It was somewhat chaotic in getting a typical western breakfast. There is no coffee refills and plain eggs seem to baffle the locals.

Excellent location
It’s not an actual hotel. When searching on booking, I filtered the results to only include hotels and this one shouldn’t have been shown as an option.
It was a weird set up including a rickety elevator and super secure doors that bruised my husbands thumb when shutting and cut my wrist when opening.
The description for our room said walk in shower, instead we got a huge tub in the main space with zero privacy. It’s also really slippery and I nearly fell getting out of it, resulting in a HUGE bruise on my thigh.
There’s also not even enough floor space to fully open a suitcase.
