The home was extremely clean and comfortable, right across the street from the beach, after a short walk. The pool was a great addition also. Very quiet area, hardly seen anyone nearby

It is within walking distance to a quiet part of the beach but an easy drive to the “party” side! Lots of space, great pool, and appreciated the amenities included (ex: beach towels, cooler, etc.)
There were no issues at all with the property! I thought it was a little unclear that there were other guests in the house. Your section is separate and you don’t encounter anyone unless passing by outside. This is not an issue and it’s still plenty of space in the booking, just slightly unclear. :)
