We loved staying at the Face Cite. Our hosts were delightful, helpful and cheerful. Our rooms were spacious with a gorgeous view of the castle. Especially beautiful at night when it was lit up. The hotel is a very short distance to good restaurants and we were able to walk everywhere easily. Also great to have a free parking space.
We liked everything.

The hosts were both amazing. Bernard and Nicholas went out of their way to be accommodating. Our room and the public area of the B&B were immaculately taken care of with great attention to detail. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. It was a great benefit to us to be able to park our car in their secure garage. The hotel was a very close walk to the old city.

WOW!!! I cannot praise this place enough. The hosts were beyond amazing. The room was super clean, quiet, and neat. The morning breakfasts were spectacular. We had an amazing view of the old town and enjoyed an evening on the patio. The location cannot be beat. Here, you are at the perfect balance between the old city, and the modern conveniences of Carcassonne. Every place of Carcassonne was walkable from here. You will not find a better place as your base to explore the area.
This place was perfect. I cannot think of anything I would add.
