パース駅の目の前！スーパーもレストランも徒歩圏内。無料のCATバス停留所も一部近くにあり、大変便利なところにあります。 今までオーストラリアで何件かアパートメントを利用してきましたが、1番アメニティ（調味料や洗濯洗剤、食器用洗剤など）が豊富ですごく快適でした。ベッドルームもおしゃれで快適です。シャワーの水圧も◯

他の方のクチコミにもありましたが、部屋の玄関キーの使い方（出かける際の閉め方）が分かりにくい。チェックインの案内メールに使い方の案内があれば、尚良いと思いました。たまにお部屋に下水？のような匂いがしますが、ルームフレグランスできちんと対策をしておられるのが感じられるので、こちらは問題ないと思います。

Everything is good, the location, the big space, the cleanliness. We had a superb stay and enjoyed going back to the apartment for resting after our road trips.

The Easy Home rental staff, Phoebe Ho, could be friendly when we asked her to confirm our stay. I actually had to keep asking booking.com to check with her as there has been no official confirmation from her even after I paid the extra GBP27 for the damage waiver. So using this opportunity I would like to tell her that it would be great if she can be nicer to us, guests, who are actually paying for the stay and not like we are renting it for free. And why I’m asking for her to confirm even though my booking.com status was confirmed as I did receive a msg from her stating that if I don’t pay the damage waiver, my booking will not be confirmed even though I’ve already fully paid for the whole booking. So after paying the extra GBP27, I’m just asking for a very basic confirmation but she is just not giving it.
