Cosy apartment in a very central location close to all the major sites (just a few minutes to the Maison Carrée, and 15 minutes to the station). Well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even an iron and ironing board. There is airconditioning but even though it was well in the early thirties centigrade during my stay, there was no need to turn it on as the apartment stayed relatively cool.

The apartment is located above a very popular restaurant that has outside seating in the inner courtyard and the street in front. It can get quite noisy. I can also confirm other reviews that commented on the cleanliness - the apartment was not clean at all, and there was no material available to address the situation, so I had to go out and buy supplies. I had prepared by brining some cloths etc but it was still rather disappointing to find that despite other reviews pointing it out this hadn't been addressed.

Pros: location next to the city centre and old town, quiet surroundings, kitchen which was very well equipped, clean appartment

Cons: We had a problem receiving the check-in instructions—the link provided by the host did not work, and we had trouble communicating in English on the helpline. We didn't receive the Wi-Fi password upon check-in, so we had to call on the helpline again, and it took a lot of time to figure it out. The coffee machine would have been a great amenity, but we couldn't use it because the host didn't provide a single pod. The hair dryer was missing, even though it was listed in the offer. For our entire stay, we we re given only one dishwasher tablet and one roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy all the extras ourselves. The air conditioning in the bedroom periodically made a strange, loud noise, making it hard to fall asleep. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool and spill all over the bathroom.

The apartment is near to the train station, supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants. It is spacious and clean as well.

First, the self-check in was annoying and time consuming. We were sent a link about how to check-in online. HOWEVER the link provided to us was “ not working or it says “ The guest guide is no longer available because your booking was cancelled or does not exist. Contact your host if you have any questions.” We had to call the property to help us. First attempt of call to them was not answered. The lady then returned our call. She instructed us to get inside the building and open a mailbox where the key is located. However the mailbox we opened is not the right one. So we have end the call and send her the video of the mailbox we opened and send it through WhatsApp. ( but our WhatsApp was not working well at that time too) We waited approximately 2 hours for them to send us detailed instructions through my email and finally get in. It wasn’t a good start as we were so tired from the train ride. Second thing we didn’t like was during our stay, there was a party in the restaurant beside us- there was singing and dancing till midnight. Our stay was not really peaceful, loud people in the other apartments, couples fighting all night. Many sleepless nights there. Third, the pots for cooking are way too small. Lastly, there was NO hair dryer.
