The cleanliness, the friendly staff. The room sizes are really spacious. Shuttle service was good to under the clock tower. Sometimes the walkway under the clock tower was closed and you have to walk the long way round on Ibrahim Khalil Road. Only downside is that the shuttle on way back drops you off at Merridian tower 6 and it is a steep walk up to Saja. Hard for the elderly.

Noise from the work going on from the work behind the hotel. It was noisy day and night.

This is my 5th time in SAJA By Warick Makkah I see how they work hard to keep improving The hotel is new, modern and clean and really I consider between 4 and 5 star hotel Thanks for reception Faisal and Israa. Bellman Iyaz, Rayan and karim in cleaning service

-The long ramp in the hotel door access may not suit elder people, I do suggest for them one electric escalator ramp for each tower. it will fit perfect and will be remarkable value - my second point is not related for the hotel but for the new regulations of Haram security forces is closing the tunnel entry below the clock tower most if the times. This make long way to go around till Jabal omar ( only while enter but always open to exit from the tunnel )

​I had an excellent stay at the Saja Makkah Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and well-equipped. A huge thank you to Ms. Amira, who was extremely professional in assigning us a room tailored to our request and right on time. Special thanks as well to the luggage staff—Ayaz Ali, Rayan Zekir, Hussin Muhammad, and Abdulaziz—as well as the housekeepers. To request housekeeping, you simply dial 0 from the room phone; the cleaning team is very prompt, efficient, and trustworthy. It was an experience I would gladly repeat without hesitation, made even better by the smooth transport system to the Haram. .

The only downside was being directed by safety authorities toward Ibrahim Al Khalil Street to access the Haram before each prayer.
