The view is exceptional. The host Alex is amazing and nothing is too complicated. The plunge pool on the roof with the sitting area was great.

It is a little isolated up above Monaco but that is how you get the view. Logistics with a car and bags are a little scary but with the help of Alex it works. Steep drive way that is hard to navigate. If you want the view it is worth it

A couple Americans here. We stayed at Alex’s villa in Monaco last week and (property-wise) it was truly the highlight of our entire trip across Europe. The property was spacious yet cozy, with every listed feature working exactly as promised. It was such a relief not to worry about parking, air conditioning, or laundry, everything was seamless and stress-free. The location is simply unmatched. The cliff-front view over Monaco is breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights up. It’s one of those rare spots where the best vantage point is actually a little outside the center, giving you the most spectacular perspective of the city. Alex was an excellent host, warm, responsive, and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I can’t recommend this property enough. If you want comfort, space, and one of the most magnificent views in Monaco, this villa is the perfect choice.
