We loved the balconies and the location, as well as the general vibe of the apartment. It had everything we needed, including a crib setup for our baby.

I really enjoyed the apartment. I'm not Sicilian or Italian, so for me staying in a place like this was a new experience, and I loved it. Staying in an old Sicilian town, having a view of a historical street, being in an apartment with such high ceilings, even using those nice decorative shutters on the windows - everything created a really special vibe. It's also worth mentioning the interior of the apartment, which is quite unique as well. Even the stairs, which people complain about in the reviews. I'm 190 cm tall and yes, I won't say it was super easy to get up, but it was fun and felt very authentic for this building 🙂 Inside the apartment, everything was perfect - it was all clean and all the listed amenities were there. The location too - just a couple of minutes walk to Piazza del Duomo, with the walkable streets of the old town and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The apartment is very well-equipped, there's pretty much everything: cutlery, the AC, coaches, many hangers, small leaflets with interesting city spots, etc. It's quite clean and is located in the historical center that makes the navigation easy. Both check-in and check-out procedures are extremely simple.

The apartment is extremely spacious given the ceiling height, so it might take some time for the AC to reach a comfortable temperature inside.

The staff was really nice and flexible with me. The room was huge and had several amenities (a very good fridge, table, chargers, etc.).

There are two main problems with this room: 1. The AC was not working, and it was 40 degrees outside. The owner installed a portable air conditioner, which requires one window to be open. However, the equipment did not cool the room. It was impossible to stay inside during the day. At night, it was acceptable. 2. The bathroom is old, and there was a deep step down to get into the shower. For anyone over 45, showering there would be challenging. Very dangerous.
