Mohanad from customer service
Lack of heaters, AC doesn’t work on heat and that was an issue in the past 3 weeks cold. But after several attempts we were able to receive a small heater from mohanad from their customer service

Customer service is really good. Unfortunately the house not up to my standard hygiene.
The bedsheet was not clean upon check-in. There were visible hairs and bedsheets are worn out and have lost their smooth texture. This is unacceptable for basic hygiene standards. Please improve housekeeping quality control. The hot water was inconsistent—sometimes hot, sometimes cold—making showering inconvenient, especially in cold weather.
