Beautiful, spacious and serene room.
Access to the Romantic Beach.
Too expensive for what you get.
Two of our guests didn't make it but we were still charged the full price even though we notified them well in advance.
Hectic check-in.

My stay at the Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa was amazing from start to finish.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The private beach on the property was pristine and snorkeling here was a joy (at the right time) with plenty of amazing marine life.
The food was fresh and delicious, offering a great mix of local and international choices, and the staff delivered warm, genuine hospitality throughout our stay.
Staff to compliment (basically everyone, but I only remember 3 names):
Amiera at the ferry check in counter at Kuala Besut was warm, full of energy and useful information. Upon arrival at the island resort.
Hamiza was welcoming and kindly showed me around and helped me booking various activities.
Hilmi who walked me to the jetty on the day of my depature and ensured my stay was a pleasant one, while on his way to welcome incoming guests from a different party.
