Lovely location, cottage was so nice. There’s a projector in the bed room. Very cosy and my toddler enjoyed. Clean and very neat.

The property was absolutely beautiful, with incredible views and a lovely, tasteful decoration. Everything felt new, cozy, and very thoughtfully designed. The restaurant was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. The teas and infusions were some of the best we’ve had throughout our trip. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Even though they didn’t speak English, they made a real effort to communicate with us, which we really appreciated. We can only imagine how magical this place must be with snow, even without it, it already felt like something out of a fairytale.

Our cabin was clearly brand new, perhaps a little too new! 😅 There were a few small things that hadn’t been finished yet: there was no mirror in the bathroom, the toilet water was turned off when we arrived, and there were quite a few insects inside, possibly because the cabin needed to be aired out due to the smell of glue and wood treatment. The projector was also not configured, and despite trying for hours, we couldn’t connect it to our phones. It was so new that it even needed an adapter for the plug. We also felt that the restaurant menu could have included a few more local dishes. These were minor issues, and we would absolutely come back. The cabins are beautiful; we just think a final check before welcoming guests would make the experience even better.

Loved the beautiful view and the comfort of the cosy cabin. Nice and warm with a good shower and all the facilities we needed.

The food was ok, but we felt the portions were a bit mean - and we aren't big eaters! Not a huge choice considering we are 20 minutes up a mountain.

These are in a great location and the young staff members are very friendly and helpful

The lovely cabin was poorly maintained. We had problems with the shower, with curtains that were completely broken and would not close, with the TV having no sound, with the lack of suitable lighting that actually worked. We had to wake the staff to get breakfast at 9, when they are scheduled to open. The breakfast was good but, unsurprisingly, slow and served by a young man in his pyjamas wrapped in a blanket. This is a great place in need of some good hands-on management to get the best out of it and the staff.
