New construction and appliances; good amenities; private parking; plenty of privacy; good and secure location with Aliveri only five kilometers away; pleasant, attentive hosts. Nicest place we’ve ever stayed while visiting Aliveri, and we’ve been coming since 2006.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Also the owner is very polite and helpful!

The host waited for us and gave us a key card. The house is beautiful, obviously furnished by interior designer, brand new and spotlessly clean, with everything you need. There were also some food to prepare a light snack, water and juices, and everything for preparing coffee or tea. The view is fantastic. Of course, you need a car for moving around. The whole stay was perfect.
A pool infront of the house instead of grass would be fantastic!

The villa was fantastic in every way. Clean, spacious, great views of the water, privacy, quiet and all the things you need in a villa. We had a great 2 night stay and highly recommend this place.
