Absolutely loved the terrace area with breathtaking views of the sea and Capri Island. The villa sits on its own piece of land with trees surrounding it, a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and a nice pool area equipped with sun beds. The building itself is rustic and decorated to give that vibe. The kitchen is newly renovated with all bathrooms on the top floor renovated as well. All bedrooms had clean bedsheets and fresh towels. The host was very responsive on a Sunday to fix the problem of no hot water and managed to fix it on the same day.

The house is located on top of a hill with a narrow road leading to it. This makes it difficult to go in and out of the house multiple times to discover the surrounding area and the coast. It is more suitable for a staycation where you stay at the house to enjoy the views, the pool and the surrounding garden. Although the area is very safe as the host assured us but there is no way to lock the house when you leave. Additionally and while the bedsheets and towels were clean, the house could use some deep cleaning to get rid of spider webs and persistent stains. There is also a serious ants infestation in the garden and pool side area. If treated then this will definitely make guests experience much more enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The view was absolutely beautiful, and the layout of the rooms was very comfortable and well planned. There were plenty of bathrooms, which was especially convenient for our group. Lorenzo was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was always available, responded very quickly whenever we contacted him, and helped us with everything we needed. His service really made our stay even better.

The only downside was the road leading to the villa. It is quite difficult to drive up, especially with a larger car, and taxis cannot reach the villa, which can make transportation a little challenging.

The view was spectacular from the villa.the private chef was outstanding. Our driver was fabulous and very kind. Lorenzo, the host, went above and beyond for our entire stay.

The transportation as everything was very far away and transportation costs add up quickly. The garbage is very important to them, however, the instructions are in Italian and the garbage cans are as big as a gallon of milk. As guests, we shouldn't have to worry about the garbage and sorting it five ways. The last thing that we didn't like was getting scolded for drinking wine by the house cleaner.
