All the staff were very friendly and helpful
No complaints. Only thing there was a massive dining area but they didn’t do any food.
Only coffee and cakes. The staff kindly heated something in microwave for me.
It’s such a shame as it is a lovely space for dining.

The accommodation is beautifully decorated and very homely which is what I wanted while away. It suited my requirements and was very comfortable with everything I needed. The location is next to Loch Lomand, Balloch and good location for me to get to Alexandria where I had an appointment.
It is also great location for many other attractions in this beautiful area.
Happy with everything

"Posto bellissimo su bordo del lago.
Un punto in più per tutte le piccole attenzione lasciate per gli ospiti."
