The cleanliness was very unsatisfactory, especially in the bathrooms. The bathroom sinks were dirty, and the water heater was not working and was leaking. One of the beds was damaged, with the headboard broken. We were also unsure whether the other bed had a damaged mattress or a damaged bed frame. One of the dining chairs was almost broken. It felt unsafe to sit on as it could collapse at any time. The pillows were also too thick and hard, which made them uncomfortable to sleep on. 😩 The air conditioner in the living room was leaking as well. The host was responsive at times, but when I sent a video showing the leaking air conditioner, there was no response. There is definitely room for improvement. It is not that the accommodation is bad, but many things need to be improved, especially when it comes to cleanliness.
