We stayed in one of the higher levels with the view of the towers from the balcony, which was quite breathtaking. Especially when they’re lit up at night. Apartment was very clean and tidy, and both rooms having en suites was great. The kitchen has a fridge and washing machine, which is a handy. Location was great - places were walkable, but given Malaysia is so hot we tended to opt for using Grab to get places (god bless aircon). Staff are contactable by WhatsApp, which is handy. There is a rooftop pool, but we didn’t get a chance to use it as we were only staying 3 days and were busy exploring KL. There are transport links nearby, which we used once (to get to Central Market - easy!).

I hope you like waiting for lifts/elevators. The building is HUGE but only has 4 lifts, and during our stay one was out of order for most of the time. Just be prepared to have to wait longer than expected to be able to go to and from your room, and to have to squeeze in with lots of other people for most lift rides. P.S it’s warm and stuffy in the lifts too 😂 This wouldn’t put me off staying there again, but I do recall it being annoying at the time.

The smell initially when we entered the property, but maybe because it was close up but it didn’t smell nice.

The pool area was dirty. The lounger cushions are disgusting. There was a used baby nappie lying beside loungers .

Nice rooms. Very clean.

Location made it very difficult to walk anywhere. Freeways all around it. Check in & out way too complicated with no desk on main level. How would anyone know to start on the 41 floor?!?
