Location was really good. Away from the madness of the tourist side of Florence, a lovely area, relaxed and with a good vibe. There was a convenient mini market next door and a laundrette across the road.

The wifi was absolutely rubbish, which affected the tv as well as the phones. Also during our stay the shower tray struggled to remove the water at pace, so began to fill.

The location was nice because it was a little quieter on this side of the river. The kitchen was nice to have for some light meal prep, the air conditioner worked great (it was very hot when we were there), the bed was comfy, too. The staff were responsive and friendly.

The room was not ready for us, but once I notified the staff, they called the cleaners immediately and within an hour and a half it was remedied. The WiFi didn’t work well at all. In fact, it worked only for an hour or so in the early morning. I notified the staff and they said to unplug and plug in the router. This helped marginally, if at all. We had to go to the piazza to get a connection. This also meant there was no TV. So, roaming data was gobbled up. The place is outdated and could do with some freshening up. The courtyard is just Ok. Some of the outlets look dangerous-needs some repair work. The lock on our door was probably not the most secure since there was obvious tape or putty filling in the gaps between the door and the lock mechanism. Overall, if you only want functional and don’t need anything beyond a place to sleep, this is your spot.

Great location Great communication from host

Sadly bed was uncomfortable but when discovered reason - host very quick to fix

Bello il cortile ma in inverno non fruibile buona la posizione

Bagno molto piccolo, senza appoggi e senza bidè, doccia con tenda e mancanza di un microonde in camera.
