We were in town for IU Parent Weekend and football game so the location was ideal. Including it seemed to be off the beaten path, and we were able to avoid a lot of traffic when getting in and out of the campus area. The apartment itself was great if you are sharing with friends or family given space. Every bedroom had a bathroom... huge plus!
This is minor but... it appeared there would be coffee pods and creamers for the Keurig and there were not. In the majority of BNBs and hotels I have stayed in, coffee and some bottled water is usually provided.

Great location, great place to stay, hope to stay again!
Could use more wash cloths in bathrooms, something in the room to set your luggage on.

My group was here for a golf tournament. Enjoyed the 4 separate bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The space was great for our needs and close to golf course and dining.
Accommodations said there was a sleeper sofa in common area but it was a sectional couch not a pullout sleeper. Upstairs lighting could have been better but we made do.
