Loved the apartment - large, modern 3 bedrooms. Full sized kitchen. Also love that there were some coffee pods, tea, and most kitchen equipment needed to cook. The bath towels were thick, good quality. Beds were comfortable. Grocery store a block away.
But the highlight was the view! 8 floors up and a view from each room. It was spectacular! The blackout auto blinds were awesome.
Communication was very clear. Every question answered in a digital package, including building access, rules, dining suggestions, etc.
The $3000 Canadian deposit was too steep, and I had some bank issues, having just paid a huge amount for the space and then hit with a very large deposit bill. It was straightened out once I contacted my bank, but I still feel it was over the top expensive for possible damages.
The front room auto black out blinds were broken at the time, but we didn’t sleep there, so it didn’t matter too much.
The elevator quit on the day we had to haul 2 suitcases up 8 floors….not in anyone’s control, but definitely not fun. It was fixed a few hours later.
