It's a nice property, but ruined by loud drunks, and inattentive staff. Restaurant over-priced and not that great.
We asked for a quiet room, but they put us next to a very loud party that carried on past midnight, despite the front desk saying it would end at 11 p.m. The entire hotel is unsuitable for children after 6 p.m. Lots of people drinking and smoking, and loads of glass bottles by the pool. Even in the day there were young couples being inappropriate in the jacuzzis so that our children could not go in the heated pools :-( Also when my daughter cut her foot in the pool and was bleeding the front staff just gave her a tissue and ignored us. Earlier they refused to give the children towels when they were staying there shivering.

"Everything. Room with spa excellent and large room. Staff very accomodating. I’ve come to Vilca at least five times. Probably more. I stayed at a different place each time until I stayed here. T..."
