The facilities provided, the location, the communication from the staff, that it had 2 bathrooms
Small issue that was rectified quickly by the staff.
I would have loved a non teflon pan.

Good location and spacious for needs.
Lock but raised this as issue
Only double bed a kingsize would make it a higher score

Luxurious and clean, everything feels fresh and new, mattress wasnt amazing but not bad. Could do with a better workstation area for work on laptop. Overall 9/10 fantastic. Oh and parking was lovely
