Beautiful property, ideal for large groups of all ages. Well stocked kitchen and host had left a little welcome package that included Prosecco, very welcoming!
Great location, only 10 minutes from Gorleston beach, plenty of places to eat out and also eat in.
Swimming pool was an added bonus and there is plenty of parking.
Host was very attentive to our requests.
There was a quite a few light bulbs out, although admittedly difficult to replace as very high ceilings in the property.
There is a charge for heating the pool which was not obvious when we booked so read the small print. The pool really needs a cover as leaves and flies blow into it and makes it appear dirty.
