The apartment is located near the bus stop which makes it very easy to get to from the train station or the main bus station. We found this useful for day trips to Noto and Spiaggia Fontane Bianche. The apartment has a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. We were happy to see the drying rack so we could hand wash some things. The host left us a welcome bottle of prosecco which we enjoyed.

El apartamento es bonito, decorado con gusto, está muy limpio y es muy cómodo.
Han pensado realmente en todos los detalles, para que no falte de nada.
El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable, facilitando las cosas en todo momento. Gracias Sebastiano!
Todo muy bien.

Sebastian is a lovely host and was very helpful. You can tell he is very passionate about his property. Location is amazing close to the water in a beautiful historic alley way that leads to lovely little cafés in the historic center of Ortigia
is on your doorstep.
Accessing the local parcheggio to avoid driving through the ZTL zone was very stressful late at night and anyone staying here should be aware that you could wait up to one and a half hours driving around the parcheggio in the heat of July in Sicily this was very unfavorable , so for us, trying to get a park with all our international luggage was very frustrating.
Also, with the extreme heat in July a larger air-conditioning unit that is able to run 24 seven would be recommended as an upgrade, and maybe a bed topper for the sofa bed, as it was very hard to sleep on.

"Bellissimo appartamento ubicato in una via molto tranquilla solo 5 minuti a piedi da Corso Umberto e Piazza Duomo. Pulitissimo e letto molto comodo. Silenzioso. Facilissimo entrare con il codice."
