The room was nice, the guards were nice people.
There is a water pump outside the window that makes regularly a big noise for a while. This is not so great to sleep and it wasn’t mentioned.
The building corridors need to be freshened up, it looks old and dirty.

The building is in an excellent location in-between Copacabana and Ipanema means both are easily accessible without feeling surrounded by hotels and tourists. It felt very secure and had a doorman 23h.
The apartment itself is very comfortable, cosy, and very functional. It has all the amenities you need and shops and food places are a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment is quite dark and a little damp as it's on the second floor and the windows are onto a small courtyard. This was fine for us though as we were only really there to shower and sleep, although clothes don't dry very well if you wash.

la ubicacion excelente entre Copacabana e Ipanema, con guardia casi 24h, muy amables todo el tiempo y comerci cerca para comprar

Design of flat is just perfect! Everything you need for a comfortable stay designed functionally yet beautiful.
The bathroom shower seems to have leak which allows water to flow out of shower into bathroom floor. Not the end of the world but the shower mat gets soaked everytime you shower.
