Lovely flat, we stayed for just one night but everything was great, around 15-20 min walk from central and 15 min walk from the bus station. Perfect for a short stay!

The sofa bed isn’t very comfy and quite squeaky, but the master bed was great! Also I wish the lift worked, going 5 floors up is a bit annoying

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert Es gab keine Bedienungsanleitung Die Küchenausstattung ist niedrigstes Niveau. Besteck und Kochgeschirr unterirdisch. Für kleines Geld kann man bei IIKEA solides und ordentliches Besteck kaufen. Nicht erwähnt wurde auch, dass das ganze Haus eine Baustelle ist Ebenso ist die Funktionsweise des Aufzugs nicht erklärt. Eine ausführlichere Dokumentation fehlt. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn über der Wohnung sind sehr laut

The property is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of four. However, it is very outdated and clearly in need of better maintenance. Although the location is some distance from the train station, taxis operate efficiently within the city, with a ride from the station to the apartment costing around 10 Euros and taking only 6 minutes. The area is excellent for those willing to explore beyond the city center, offering an authentic Verona experience with great local restaurants in the square near the apartment and modest yet good commercial stores on the corner. To reduce travel time while staying there, using the electric scooter, which is widely available throughout the city, is an effective option.

The apartment requires urgent maintenance. The shower is malfunctioning; we can only use the hand shower, which has a loose fixer causing additional stress. I contacted the host for instructions on using the shower, but the only response was a request for pictures, which I provided. I received no reply after that during our four-day stay. Upon arrival, I also noticed that the blackout window in the living room was completely broken. I sent pictures to the host but received no support or response. My children slept on the sofa bed in the living room, and early in the morning, the broken blackout shade prevented them from getting a full rest. The shower enclosure does not close properly, causing water to leak out. On the third day, water also began leaking from the heater. The single air conditioner in the living room is insufficient for the Italian summer, especially for those sleeping in the bedroom. The curtains are old and dirty.
