Good location close to family. Modern interior
Few issues need to be sorted:
Bathroom floor- one tile has come away and is sticking sharply up and could easily hurt someone.
No lampshade in double bedroom
WiFi not working when arrived but new router on door step so we installed it and got it working. This should have been done prior to our arrival.

"The freedom of not being stuck in the one room as we had the whole house. Grove House was extremely clean and comfortable"
