The host and his family went above and beyond expectations. In our hour of need, delayed by Etna, they did everything they could to make sure our extended stay was as comfortable as possible. Clean well equipped accomodation. Near the centre, not noisy at night.
A lot of stairs, if you're not too mobile, could be a problem. Traffic is alarming.

Well located within walking distance from the major attractions. Room was real nice with a good bathroom.
Depending on what time you arrive, parking can be REAL tough. Once we found a spot, there was no way to move the car!!

The hosts were exceptionally helpful and lovely.
The coffee machine and snacks were a nice touch
Brilliantly clean. Great bathroom
Lack of daylight. The room has an opening door but had to keep it closed as it is totally overlooked.
