Cleanliness pleasantly surprised. Comfortable bed and very nice snow-white bedding set. The room is equipped with everything you need to. It looks like the renovation was done not long ago.
A shabby appearance of the house from the outside confused me a little bit. As well as a small problem with the personal communication with the owner at the beginning, though everything was solved fast.

Clean and quiet.

There was no breakfast but the common kitchen was kept clean and there was coffee and a popcorn machine.
The owner pretended not to be associated and didn't help even though I didn't get email instructions until after I arrived and could not read or see since it was dark. All he had to do was say wipe your hand over the keypad and then it would work, but he was rude and mean and not helpful. Parking was on the street but car did remain safe.
