The location is good, a lot of shops and restaurants are nearby. The metro is 5 minutes away, but you can also walk to the city center or Retiro park. The stuff is nice and helpful. You can also rent a towel. There is a lot of storage space under the bed.
The main door of the bathroom doesn’t close and there are a few mirrors in the bathroom so it’s very difficult to use and not be seen by someone else or from the outside. The beds are not the most comfortable thing, but I guess that is fine. You have to use the app to unlock the doors, but sometimes it takes a while to get in.

The stuff was very polite, they welcomed us kindly and showed us the must see places in Madrid. The rooms were quiet we had a good night sleep. The laundry room was very useful and well maintained. The common areas were well maintained and we enjoyed hanging out there.
The bathroom was not very clean. Some things were broken, the hairdryer wasn’t working properly. Nothing too extravagant but it could have been more maintained.

Sangria night was fun, good pub crawl too, great way to meet so many new people. Pretty local to the main area, not a far walk, great amenities, really clean shower and bathroom stuff. Organized kitchen and fridge spaces. Lots of nice places to chill and do work or read a book.
Location is just on the edge of the more shady part of town, uphill is good, going down is sketchy.
