The place is rather quiet. There is a park nearby and an ocean shore not far away. A supermarket is quite close and a district with other shops and cafes is also quite near. A few minutes walk to a bus station that is rather cheap and goes through the entire city, mostly closely to the shore (totally about 20 minutes of walk) - the main points of interest in the city. Apartments are good, concerning the space it is better for a pair of guests but with a child was also ok. Everything worked fine.

Having a WiFi with internet would be nice.
