Swans Hotel Old City Grand Bazar

Staff always try to assist where they can at all times

The property ran out of water

Pas de petit déjeuner. Propre Bien situé

The property was okay .. spacious and clean

When i booked the system gave me an option to pay online which i choosed .. it said its holding my payment with the bank .. and advised me to pay at the property and by that time they did not mention that its only a cash is accepted..when i reached the hotel it was raining outside i had to call the number to open the gate .. so this guy who was working there was taking instructions from the owner over a video call .. the call was on speaker as I gave them my booking details the boss over the phone directly threatened me pay cash or i cancel booking .. honestly i donot think it is right you cannot just directly tell some that I have the right to cancel without hearing me out .. any ways luckily i had cash and it was a. Bit raining outside I let it go.. I book any hotel with lot of review readings and then carefully book an hotel with trust .. it take one bad experience to break that trust . Next time I won’t have the confidence to book any hotel if people threaten to cancel the booking
