Offroad Access Rules Although our trailer is capable of going off-road, we would appreciate you being mindful of the road conditions and staying on already-broken, plowed, paved, or grated roads. Some 4x4 roads may be easier than others and we do not want the trailer to be damaged due to unforeseen road conditions or recklessness. Prior approval is required for traveling on any 4x4 roads or off-road towing. No Smoking/Drugs Policy No smoking or drug use is allowed inside of our trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges plus a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages. Tickets, Tolls, and Tows Policy: The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds.
