Great location on a quiet street. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. It was a convenient stay for our family, close to the beach and few restaurants and supermarkets. Air-conditioning was great. 15 min walk to the train station with easy access to near by towns.
It was a nice stay! Please note the checkin is exactly at 4pm, not a one single minute earlier. Kitchen equipment could be renewed, the kitchen is not for serious cooking, only one small pot and a pan that is totally wonky. The other two don’t function with the induction stove. A proper knife would be nice too.
For the property maintenance: it seemed the bathtub is dripping slowly, bothered me only from the water wasting perspective.

Location and comfort
Kitchen needs better equipment and utensils. Some utilities need replacement or renovation
Would have appreciated flexibility in leaving luggage before checkin and after checkout.

Très bien placé, proche de tous commerces à pied et surtout très propre
