The location was excellent and right in amongst the night-life and restaurants of St Kilda and a stones throw from the beach.
The room location that was allocated, unfortunately, it was situated right on the street front, which made it difficult to block out any of the noise coming from the main street with people driving cars past or even people walking around

1. Very poor sound isolation - someone was talking on the phone in a room across the corridor and I could hear every word loudly including the person on the speaker. You could at least try adding some isolation around the doors.
2. Overall cleanliness was not too bad but it seems like a good general cleaning and dusting wasn’t done for a long time. Also kitchen could be a bit cleaner and not so sticky, especially inside the drawers.

Location was perfect for us. Close to shops, park and beach. The beds were super comfy and large rooms. Loved that we had a full kitchen available.
Our floor wasnt the cleanest in 1 of our rooms but was given complementary late checkout out.
