The location and view is really amazing. The nearby beach is very friendly, one of the best beaches we have seen in Costa Brava. The area is nice. There is a playground for children literally right outside the building on the beach. Parking was comfortable.

The radiator in one of the bedrooms was broken, which made it too cold for small kids to sleep in, especially as there were no duvets provided. The apartment is not thermally insulated too well and when the wind is strong, it creates a whistling sound on the north-side door and windows, and makes that unheated room very cold. No kettle, no duvets (just thin bedsheets and blankets), no soap, no extra trashbags, only one dishwasher tablet for six days, 4 people. As an improvement, I suggest providing those utility items. Some liquid soap is pretty much a standard. It would be nice not to worry about buying those when on holiday, even if you include that in the price. This is some constructive feedback - otherwise it was a nice stay at a GREAT location and we had a nice time. :)

The view and location

Lots of maintenance problems, window shutter not working, toilet was leaking and needed taking out and repairing, for 4 days of our holidays we had maintenance men in the apartment and couldn’t use the main bedroom. The oven was too dirty to use and lots of dishes were greasy, there was no kettle and some basic items for the kitchen we had to buy. Soft furnishings were stained and the coffee table was broken, the vacuum cleaner was sparking when you turned it on so it was unusable.
