Much bigger than I expected and great kitchen.
There was a big spider in the bathroom and I don’t like spiders.

Spacious, clean, perfect for our stay

It was clean, comfortable and well located.
Having had to pay a holding deposit, so the expectation was high, whilst clean, comfortable, and simply decorated with all you needed, it was a bit Student accommodation like, because there's an underlying damp issue with the property and the finishing on things like door handles and trims is shoddy, the bed frame needed tightening, The cutlery didn't match and was low grade....just little details keeping it off being excellent.

Good location, easy to find, good checkin, good facilities, and nice to have some tea and milk sachets left for us. Nice and bright, spacious, comfy sofa, good shower.
The decor was cheaply done but serviceable. The bedsheet kept falling off and the duvet cover had no buttons so I kept getting tangled in it. The towels were freshly laundered but I did find some pubic hair in them 🫣🫣🫣 tv remote control was really old and didn’t work well.

"The location is excellent - easy walking distance to all Leamington town centre shops, restaurants and gardens. The apartment is very good value for money and the communication was excellent."
