Liverpool Stays - Kempston Court

I really enjoyed my stay at these apartments. The location is great, and the room itself is very pleasant and comfortable. The bed is incredibly soft and cosy — exactly what you need after a long and tiring day. There is also a shared kitchen and a spacious, beautiful living room with access to a large terrace, which is a lovely place to do some morning exercises or simply spend some time outside. The building also has a small gym, which is very convenient if you feel like working out. You can really feel the thought and care that has gone into every little detail to make guests feel comfortable. I was especially impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and excellent service. The host was always available, very attentive and helpful. He even let me know that the apartment had become available an hour earlier than expected and that I was welcome to check in early if I needed to. I’m very grateful to the host for such a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

Clean and clinical

Na

Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the university halls my daughter was in. Reasonable walk into the city although the area is not very desirable.

The check in was quite nebulous. An email prior to the check in time, say a day before to explain how it would work would have made it better. No human contact made it feel a little uncertain as to whether the booking was a scam. Also the £150 returnable deposit for damage was not made clear at booking. It contributed to the feeling of suspicion of being scammed. That said all check in was smooth. I haven’t received the deposit back yet.

Posizione Pulizia Arredamento moderno

Caldo atroce con soffitto basso, moquette e un ventilatore. Ho trovato il piumone invernale letto, non proprio un benvenuto. Sensore di movimento: la luce del bagno si accendeva ad ogni minimo movimento nel letto
