1. Overall aesthetics of the apartment, the decor to the colour combination, everything
2. Professionalism of the host (without being physically present, the host was always available over messaging for any query and help), clarity of the communication
3. The amenities present for the boarders were well stocked, well thought of (the coffee machine for espresso, I super liked)
4. Location: walkable distance to all major attractions of Zagreb
Not a major one for me as I got a street parking in front very easily but being a central and busy zone, if parking is full, it can be challenging. Although the host had guided for another option.
The outside of the building was a bit run down (which of course, one will never feel from inside)

The communication and the flexibilit of the host was superb, also the apartment has a great location, close to the city center, has everything you need for a stay.

Clean and cozy, had a lot of amenities included. We felt like home.
We thought we booked the bigger apartment and that was initially disappointing. But still our stay was great.

It was a fantastic space, only 10-15 minute walk from the main square in the city. The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee and very thoughtfully decorated/furnished.
