Todo bien

*Great location! Just a few minutes to the beach and shops. *30min to the city center *The furniture is a bit dated, but everything was functional and clean *parking place, free parking on the street

* A late check-in fee of €10 per hour applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM – it would be good to include this information in the accommodation details. * The listing states that internet is available, but it was not working during our stay. We reached out to the host for Wi-Fi details and the password, but unfortunately did not receive a response. *We noticed a cockroach in the living room on our last day, which was unexpected. *There was noticeable noise from nearby bars late into the early morning hours. *The host is not present at the property, so check-out must be arranged in advance. Guests may need to coordinate a meeting time or wait for the host to arrive.
