Quick follow-up by the front desk guy via message after booking the room from the app.
No room service, you have to get everything from the front desk manually. They charge for everything upfront not a general Industry practisse. They are at best a unprofessional small hotel. The manager won't even let you use the waiting area if your checkout time is over and if you have train or bus after 2-3 hours of checkout. Though they keep luggage.
