Abian Ubud View

I liked everything about this place, my stay here was just simply perfect. Close to the centre, yet still very quiet and peaceful. The joglo with the little pool was just absolute perfect. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and everybody from the staff was so kind and helpful. I really liked their warung also. Couldn’t wish for a better place for my stay in Ubud.

Peaceful location, a hidden gem 💎

Beautiful location and the ambiance is amazing.

Private pool, private area, kitchen (but it’s completely ill-equipped).

Potential to be amazing, as the set up is great. But it is completely Spartan and not equipped to host, barely any dishes, cutlery or anything to cook with. Although the bedrooms were okay, the rest of the place was dirty especially the floors and even the dining table was filthy, we had to wipe everything down ourselves. These was no tea towels or anything to dry dishes so we had to request stuff and when staff arrived made to feel difficult. No books, board games or anything, just completely empty. Bathrooms smell and this comes into the rooms. Security is bad as we even had a random family break in at 11pm one night (even when the outside door was locked) until we asked them to leave. Also, if you arrive after 10pm they charge you extra (I understand staff need to be paid if working later, but this should never be at the guests expense, but the employer). Instead of including breakfast, they make it an extra cost, which is crazy at this amount of money. Last day staff came to check us out and then just chilled on the sofas while we packed up and left. This place could be amazing if they set it up properly, had everything a villa needs. If they made sure it was clean between guests.
