Had a great pool, gym and Sauna to use.
The extra bed wasn’t comfortable so had to change our sleeping arrangements for the children .Sofa bed not suitable for any child .

Had to get them from another place which was a little inconvenient especially as it took a bit and our Grab driver was waiting… it looked per the instructions as if this was just picking up a key but also had to fill out forms etc
The facilities were basically non existent! The pool was ALWAYS under maintainance, same for the treadmills and the sauna was also closed at times. They kept saying it will be fine ‘tomorrow’ but that appeared to be a lie. This is not the owners but the maintainance people of the property but they couldn’t care less about their work it appeared. Pretty disappointing if you are booking this for a daily run and pool swim with sauna after!
