It was important for us to be able to get to Stanstead Airport quickly and Tottenham Hale tube station was a few minutes away. The area is quiet, the house is a typical London property, renovated. The host had a lot of cold mineral water in the fridge and there was also coffee and chocolate powder.
Good value for money.
It was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning.

Nice little place that made a great place to stay after a gig. It was cute inside that did well with a small place. Good facilities inside. Fridge was well stocked with water, which was appreciated in the heatwave. Little supplies were also available like coffee, tea, tiny milk, mini shower gels. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Several fans and an air cooler were in the apartment to use, another great addition in the heat. Genuinely a good value place
Unfortunately in the hallway to the apartment there was an odd smell as you walk in. The door to the apartment (not the main door to the building) did not fill me with confidence about its security, it did lock but was a bit flimsy. The shower did not seem to drain properly. I'd be happy staying there a night or two

Property was fine, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy to access, there was water in the fridge, kitchen was stocked and towels had been provided.
The property is not well finished and there were lots of almost empty bottles of shower gel in the bathroom, the bedding was mismatched, washing had been left on the line in the garden, and the second bedroom was small with no room to move around in it.
